Welcome to ReZoom.com. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. ReZoom.com, located on the Internet at http://www.rezoom.com is an online information, entertainment and communication service, operated by ReZoom, LLC (“ReZoom”). ReZoom provides its service to you, subject to the following Terms and Conditions of Service. By using ReZoom’s World Wide Web site, browsing as a Visitor, or by registering as Registered User of the Service, or as a ReZoom Premium Member, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, which we may update without notice to you. We suggest that you check these Terms of Service from time to time for the most current version.
User Registration
If you register with the Service, you may have access to Registered User only services (e.g., blogs, message boards, newletters, and “My ShareSite” features). You are eligible to become a Registered User if you are over 18. When using such services, you, as well as ReZoom, shall be bound by these Terms of Service and any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.
When registering as a Registered User, you represent that you are 18 years of age or older and agree to provide truthful information about yourself as requested by the registration form and update the information to keep it truthful and current. If you do not provide truthful or complete information, or if ReZoom has reason to believe that information is untruthful or incomplete, then ReZoom may terminate your account.
Upon registering as a Registered User of the Service, you will receive a user name and password. You are responsible for keeping your user name and password confidential and are fully responsible for all activity occurring under the use of your user name. You agree to notify ReZoom immediately if there is an unauthorized use of your user name or password. You may change your password anytime by going to "My Settings"
ReZoom Premium Membership
By purchasing ReZoom Premium Membership, you receive the exclusive package of Member Benefits as well as full access to the ReZoom.com web site as a Registered User.
ReZoom.com stands behind our products and services. We want you to be glad you’re a ReZoomer and completely satisfied with you member benefits package. If for any reason you are not satisfied and wish to cancel your membership, simply notify us within the first 90 days and your annual membership will be refunded. You can email your request to memberservices@rezoom.com.
ReZoom.com provides links to other sites that may offer products and services for sale. While we seek to provide information and services of interest our audience, ReZoom.com has no control over the policies or practices of other sites. Be sure to read the privacy policy as well as all policies regarding purchases, refunds and returns on any site with which to plan to make purchases. Unless specifically stated, memberships will be automatically renewed for a term equal to the original term upon expiration of the then-current term, and continually thereafter, unless the Member notifies memberservices@rezoom.com to terminate.
Account Security
ReZoom is committed to preventing others from unauthorized access to the personal information you provide to us, and we maintain numerous security measures to protect you from the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control, including your credit card information. ReZoom.com uses industry-standard tools, such as firewalls and SSL encryption to ensure that your information is secure and confidential. To protect your member information, we recommend that you do not share your password with anyone. While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user-information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees and our Affiliates who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a customer service representative) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Finally, the servers that store personally identifiable information are in a secure environment. However, we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will never be able to defeat those security measures or use your personal information for improper purposes.

Conduct
You may not post or transmit on the Service any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, vulgar, threatening, offensive or illegal material. You agree not to access, or attempt to access, other members' accounts, and you agree not to interfere with or disrupt the Service or any servers connected to the Service. You agree not to distribute any content that contains any viruses, trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer-programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, or intercept any data or personal information.
